Longevity Athlete
You do not need someone to tell you to sleep more.
You train. You eat well. You have read the books and listened to the podcasts, and you already do most of what a wellness programme would put in front of you. Something is still off — energy that does not match the effort, recovery that takes longer than it used to, numbers that have drifted in a direction you did not choose.
The Distinction
Look at what the term usually means. The majority of longevity coaching is behaviour support — movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, consistency — delivered as accountability, explicitly non-clinical, with no testing and no interpretation. Most longevity coaches hold short online certifications. Most will tell you plainly that they do not order labs, do not interpret results, and do not build clinical protocols.
For someone who has not started, that is genuinely valuable. Accountability closes the gap between knowing and doing.
You are not that person. You closed that gap years ago. Which is why more accountability produces nothing — you are not failing to execute. You are executing precisely, on a plan that was never built from your biology.

The Approach
These map how you actually function — the pattern behind the symptoms you have stopped mentioning because no test ever explained them.
Blood work, stool testing, organic acids, hormone metabolites, DNA. Not a wellness panel with twelve markers and a traffic-light chart — the panels a clinician uses when they intend to find the mechanism.
This is where most testing services stop and hand you a PDF. Nine assessments and a full panel produce more data than any single report resolves on its own.
The value is in what emerges when the subjective and objective pictures sit side by side — particularly where they disagree. That disagreement is usually the most useful finding in the case.
Sequenced. Specific to you. Revised as the data moves. Most people have already tried most of the individual components — sequence is usually what was missing.
The Process
You complete the nine assessments. We order the panels. No protocol is proposed before the data is in.
Results are worked through a structured clinical framework rather than read marker by marker. You receive a report written for you, not a spreadsheet.
A sequenced plan — what to change, in what order, and why that order.
Protocols are revised against new data, not against how you say you feel. Feeling is a lagging indicator and an unreliable one.

Begin
The most useful next step is a conversation about what your situation actually needs. Some people need the full baseline. Some need one specific question answered.
